60MHz Riometer at Athabasca, Canada. The riometer has an 8x8-element dipole antenna array and produces 8x8 independent beams in an area of about 180km x 180km at the D region altitude. This riometer were developed at the Institute for Space-Earth Environmental Research, Nagoya University, in order to investigate the dynamics of the upper atmosphere through nocturnal airglow emissions.
