The observation instrument is a digital camera at Poker Flat, Alaska, which is operated jointly by NICT and GI/UAF. Realtime images and part of archived images are shown on an open WWW site "Aurora Live!" of NICT. Instrument location is on the top of Davis Science Operations Center of Poker Flat Research Range, Gephysical Institute, University of Alaska Fairbanks.
