Standard observation data of the troposphere and lower stratosphere taken by the PANSY radar (text format)

6-hourly horizontal wind velocity data in the troposphere and the lower stratosphere (1.5-13 km) observed by PANSY radar on a regular basis after May 2012. The vertical wind component is omitted. The files are written in text (ascii code). Although the data have been processed after a careful screening for unexpected noise and interferences, they may contain systematic errors nevertheless. It is therefore recommended that you contact us and be advised for the use of data.

If you acquire PANSY radar data, we ask that you acknowledge us of your use of the data. This may be done by including text such as PANSY radar data provided by PANSY Project (http://pansy.eps.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp/en/). We would also appreciate it if you would send us a copy of such publications.
