Optical Mesosphere Thermosphere Imagers (OMTIs) station at Gakona, Alaska, US (GAK). The OMTIs were developed at the Institute for Space-Earth Environmental Research (ISEE), Nagoya University, in order to investigate the dynamics of the upper atmosphere through nocturnal airglow emissions. Collaborators of this observatory: Geophysical Institute, University of Alaska Fairbanks and University of Florida.
