Optical Mesosphere Thermosphere Imagers (OMTIs) station at Istok near Norilsk, Russia (ITK). The OMTIs were developed at the Institute for Space-Earth Environmental Research (ISEE), Nagoya University, in order to investigate the dynamics of the upper atmosphere through nocturnal airglow emissions.
