Description

These data consist of plots of color-coded ion
and electron count rates vs. energy and time, in each of several
pitch angle bins. The energy ranges are 13ev/Q to 20keV/Q (ions)
and 10eV to 16keV (electrons). Each plot covers some or all of
one ~3.5 hour orbit. ASCII data are also accessible.

LEP count rate data may still contain background noise depending on pitch angles. The data less than 1000 cps may be unreliable. Those less than 300 cps may be very unreliable.
