This product contains counts accumulated in
each of 30 6-deg spin phase bins over some variable time span
indicated in each record. The time spans are selected to support
analysis of the flow latitude of the interstellar medium (ISM).
The data are specifically as used in the analyses reported in
Bzowski et al (2012) and Mobius et al (2012). A companion product
has the counting data used in the ISM flow longitude analyses of
the same papers. Data are organized into orbit-specific arrays
wherein the columns contain the counts for a given time span
within the orbit and the rows contain the counts for a given one
of the 30 spin-phase angles for the multiple time spans of the orbit.
Arrays are available for orbits 12-19, 60, 61, and 63-67. The number
of time spans used in an orbit varies from 5 to 38.
