Pioneer 11 Charged Particle Composition (CPC) 1-Hour Count Rates

Description

Hourly count rates from U. Chicago Charged Particle Composition
Investigation (CPC) carried on Pioneer 11. There are four rates each, for protons
and alpha particles, at 11-20, 20-24, 24-29, 29-67 MeV/n. There are four additional
count rates, corresponding to 7-17 MeV electrons, Z>=1 ions with E>67 MeV/n, Z>5 ions
with E>67 MeV/n, and 2 x minimizing ionizing particles. The data are ftp-accessible
in annual ASCII files and via FTPBrowser. The hourly averages were computed
from 15-min data (counts, accumulation times, PHA-based box counts, etc.) that are
also available via ftp from nssdcftp.gsfc.nasa.gov.
