PLASTIC - PLasma And SupraThermal Ion and Composition. The PLASTIC Experiment provides Plasma Characteristics of Protons, Alpha Particles and Heavy Ions. PLASTIC provides Key Diagnostic Measurements of Mass and Charge State Composition of Heavy Ions and distinguishes Coronal Mass Ejection, CME, Plasma from Ambient Coronal Plasma. STEREO Beacon Data are Real-Time Estimated Data processed for Operational Use only. PLASTIC Beacon Data have not been validated and should not be used for Publication Purposes. Do not cite.
