Description
The GOES 12 High Energy Proton and Alpha Detector (HEPAD) provides flux measurements of high energy proton and alpha particles. This data set consists of protons in 4 energy channels from 350 to >700 MeV and the alpha particles consist of 2 energy channels from 2560 to >3400 MeV.

Direct link to the GOES 12 High Energy Proton and Alpha Detector (HEPAD) data in CSV format as well as the energetic particle data from other GOES spacecraft. The data are sorted by year, month, spacecraft, and file type. The file names indicates the data type, spacecraft number, year, month, and resolution. For example, g12_hepad_5m_20100401_20100430.csv, indicates GOES 12 magnetometer data at 5 min time resolution from 2010-04-01 to 2010-04-30.
